Damian plans his own festival

As festivals continue to get bigger and better throughout Britain and Ireland, Irish singer/songwriter Damien Rice has revealed plans to run his own festival in Ireland in the coming months.

According to Hotpress Rice explained: “I haven’t had time to do anything about it before but having been chilling out for the last while I’ve made some calls, hooked up with some people and found a place.

“It’d be great to have something to go to in Ireland where you can watch music, have amazing food and where there’ll be fires and music going all night long as opposed to stopping at 11. The kind of thing I’m looking to do is the Green Fields of Glastonbury, that sort of feeling.”
