Cruise in strict control on his movie sets

Cork actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers has spilt the beans on movie star Tom Cruise saying: “He will not stand for any shit”.

The Match Point star praised Cruise — with whom he worked on Mission: Impossible III — for his professionalism but said there is no room for messing around because of his strict regime.

“I was very nervous,” said Myers of his experience onset with Cruise. “Tom runs a very tight ship.

“Luckily, I don’t drink because you do not turn up to a Tom Cruise film set hungover. You do not turn up late and you don’t muck around. He will not stand for any shit. He’s strict with himself and everyone he works with.”

Hmmm Jonathan — he sounds like a bundle of laughs!
