NewsTO no surprise, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) announced on Tuesday that the annual 65,000 H-1B visa cap had been met for fiscal year 2009, which begins on October 1 of this year. The Irish Born Signatories of the American Declaration of Independence Fifty-six men signed the Declaration of July 4, 1776. Forty-Eight were born in the American 'Colonies'. Of the eight foreign-born, three were born in Ireland.
